Group One:

  • Reduce apartment density on Boca Raton
  • Redevelop Fairway Estates as a gated community
  • Implement the Plan
  • Require apartments with excessive crime to have on-site management and security
  • Public relations - improve public perception

  • Create a TIF - intensify incentives for development
