City of Fort Worth Land Use Plan
The 2005 City of Fort Worth Land Use Plan leaves much of the Woodhaven Neighborhood unchanged from current land use patterns. Single family residential represents approximately 40% of the area, multi-family represents 18%, and approximately 15% is designated as commercial. The most notable difference between current and future land use patterns is the addition of single family to the north and east, on parcels that are currently vacant and zoned "agricultural district."
